Led and created the brand strategy for our intern project, an integrated RFP response for an alcohol conglomerate’s website.

Mealco
Product & Marketing Intern
February 2022 - December 2022
Optimized product implementation by leading 40+ client onboardings, managing data for 100+ restaurants in Salesforce, maintaining hundreds of menu items in our native software, and improving internal/external workflows while documenting them in detailed SOPs that are continually referenced by interns and VPs alike.
Enabled restaurants to expand their virtual revenue streams by building and integrating brand information and Mealco technology with UberEats, Grubhub, and Doordash.
Conceptualized, designed, and distributed a client-facing asset that reduced onboarding time by ⅔.
Aided in creative brand development/direction and marketing asset design for Mealco concepts and virtual restaurants. Brainstormed and helped execute important SEO and TOF initiatives, including in-platform copywriting, which has been recognized by Grubhub's Restaurant Menu Guidelines.
Translated several new client acquisition documents from English to Mandarin to make Mealco services more accessible to a wider demographic.

Oversaw and supported creation of all marketing assets and consumer-facing content for Paid Media and Lifecycle verticals from conception to delivery.
Learned marketing strategy development of across funnels for various platforms and asset types including statics, animated statics, and video.
Managed the creative process to effectively advance the visual presentation of the global streaming service.
Co-led a 3-week intern project requiring the delivery of a :30 mid-funnel video asset targeted at Gen-Z subscriber acquisition. Collaborated to determine distribution platforms, video content, and creative direction, contributing heavily towards initiating market research efforts, timeline creation/management, and creative ideation/storyboarding components. Culminated in a presentation to managers, directors, and the VP of the Growth Design Department led by our five-person intern team.
Halo Hand
Social Media & Brand Manager

Led brand growth through content creation & strategy, community management, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
Managed brand presence on all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, in order of emphasis). Increased average per-post engagement by 140% and overall following by 61% on Instagram.
Created content and copy for social channels and paid social ad campaigns, including managing campaigns on FB/Instagram and working with a Pinterest account manager to design and run a pilot campaign on Pinterest.
Authored blog posts to advance the SEO strategy. Helped increase e-commerce sales by 39% in the year I joined.
*Note: Like many small businesses impacted by the COVD-19 pandemic, the Halo Hand co-founders have since decided to suspend operations.

Worked directly with developing talent and top managers across five international offices.
Scheduled and participated in all key meetings within the LA International Talent Development Team, with current and prospective talent, contractors, agency partners, and aforementioned managers.
Contributed to talent advancement with projects such as designing and delivering decks for talent brand growth, as well as supporting creative direction for photoshoots and industry opportunities with third parties.
Brown University B-Lab
Cohort Member & Venture Founder

Breakthrough Lab (B-Lab) is Brown University’s premier 8-week summer accelerator program for Brown and RISD students developing high-impact ventures.
My founding team and I attended hours of programming and workshops, and worked full-time on our early-stage startup in a self-directed summer of discovery, skill cultivation, and incredible growth. Through B-Lab and other resources, we also raised over $15,000 to pursue our high-impact venture, which we will continue developing in the immediate future.
Since B-Lab and beyond, we have conducted 150+ hours of market research, developed and maintained profound mentor relationships, hired and managed developers, wrote and delivered pitches, created a product roadmap and business plan, designed 100+ wireframes in Figma and Envision, built back-end logic structures, and more.
Omneky

Engaged with 20+ clients across the US and Japan to increase ROAS, conversions, and leads for ad campaigns with 100,000+ reach and $1M budgets in various industries including consumer goods, food & beverages, beauty, finance, and more.
Analyzed insights from FB Business Manager and in-house AI to create hundreds of data-driven designs while retaining one of the highest client retention rates on the design team.
Contributed in weekly weekly meetings for larger clients to discuss performance reports and upcoming campaign strategies, to build rapport and increase customer satisfaction with regard to weekly deliverables.
Conceptualized, pitched, and illustrated a one-pager/infographic that better explained Omneky’s unique process and value offering to prospective clients. Conceived through observing a need on the sales team for a clearer and more concise method of communicating Omneky’s services to mid-funnel clients.
Outlined an Omneky marketing strategy and co-created the official company brand book.
