IMG Models

IMG Models is the world leader in talent discovery, development, and management, guiding some of the biggest names in fashion and pop culture. It is a subsidiary of Endeavor, an international representation giant for media and entertainment.

As a 2021 virtual intern for the International Talent Development Team, I worked closely with my manager and the LA team on a daily basis. Given my tactful communication and fast learning, I quickly became the point-person for coordinating regular meetings with international offices, agency partners, and both prospective and developing talent. Another key facet of the role was to support the development process by ensuring that we had all requisite documents, photos, information, and website representation for new models, which I maintained at every key step for 20+ models.

Beyond core logistics, I also contributed creatively towards advancing the individual brands of each developing talent; I presented strategies and plans in decks for rounding out their content and image, as well as worked with photographers to conceptualize vision boards for upcoming shoots. Furthermore, I researched, designed, and delivered decks featuring promising new talent to our international managers. Two examples are featured below.

Seeing new opportunities, creating new connections, and facilitating a growing relationship between the agency and its talent was at the heart of my role, and I am grateful for the meaningful responsibilities I was offered.
